Hi all,
Games should be out in Canada, the UK and EU by now.
Australia... my apologies.
Aetherworks (our Australian distributor) wasn't getting my emails. Eventually, I was able to get a reps Gmail account, but he apparently wasn't seeing the DPHgames emails. Once we both used our Gmail accounts, I was able to get clearance to ship the games out to Australia, and they went out today.

Happy Games in Germany is currently (or has) sent the games out to UK and EU backers.
I heard back from Aetherworks. They were having issues with their mail server. I sent them the AU backer spreadsheet, and they acknowledged the receipt of it. All I need is their approval to ship the games to them, and we should be on our way.

Canada's games are arriving at the distributor as we speak. They should be going out soon.
Post Kickstarter, I have made multiple attempts to communicate with Aetherworks (I have a signed agreement with them) and they have yet to return any of my emails. I have contacted sales and fulfillment and have not heard back. My mailtracker indicates that sales did read my email.
Options
1. If some backers could email ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected]) and ask what is happening with their DPH Games order and that I have been attempting to contact them, that might get them moving.
2. If any of my backers are aware of another company that does Australian-friendly shipping, I would be happy to switch over. Also, I would love to have a reliable Australian partner for future projects.
3. This would be a last resort, so I am just planting the seed. If I could ship them to one of the Australian backers, and they ship out the rest of the packaged games. I would, of course, compensate whoever did this. I would like to avoid this option for the reasons stated above.
4. Finally, I could ship them individually, and reimburse backers for taxes/fees that might arise. This would obviously be expensive and maybe inconvenient for all of you.
